Heat the oven to 180°C fan. Put a wire rack over a baking tray. Brown the sausages in a frying pan with 1 tsp oil for 6-8 minutes, then transfer to the rack and bake for 18-22 minutes until at least 75°C in the centre.
Put the beans and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan. Heat gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then cover on the lowest heat.
In the sausage pan, cook the black pudding for 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer to the oven rack for the final 5 minutes of sausage cooking.
Add 1 tbsp oil to the pan. Put tomatoes cut-side down on one side and mushrooms on the other. Season with half the salt and pepper. Cook tomatoes for 4-5 minutes and mushrooms for 7-8 minutes, adding 10g butter to the mushrooms near the end.
In the second frying pan, cook the bacon over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side to the preferred crispness. Keep it on the oven rack for no more than 5 minutes.
Toast the bread and butter it. Heat the remaining oil and 10g butter in the cleanest frying pan over medium heat. Fry the eggs for 3-4 minutes until the whites set; spoon hot fat over the whites but not the yolks if necessary. Season with remaining salt and pepper.
Warm four large plates briefly. Divide all components between them and serve immediately with toast.
